As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll represent a leading global FMCG brand, helping business customers discover the right products and solutions while building long-term commercial relationships.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.

Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.

Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.

Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.

Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities using internal SalesForce systems and CRM tools.

Collaborate with colleagues across teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.

REQUERIMENTS

C2 level of Dutch and minimum B2 level of English – written and spoken.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A customer-first mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SalesForce experience appreciated and digital tools.

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a technology-enabled environment.

Willingness to work in a contact center environment, in a hybrid setup.
